Terms & Conditions

  • All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit
  • The balance must be paid in full 20 days before the departure date. Failure to make the final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Any changes to the booking after confirmation are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. All change requests must be made in writing.
  • We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to the itinerary, accommodation, or transport arrangements as necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to you promptly.
  • Travel insurance is mandatory for all travelers. It should cover trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal liability, and loss of luggage.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have adequate travel insurance in place before departure.
  • It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have valid passports and any necessary visas or permits required for the trip. No refunds will be given for failure to obtain these documents.
  • Travelers must comply with all health requirements (e.g., vaccinations) for the destination. We advise consulting with a medical professional before travel.
  • Specific room preferences (e.g., view, bed type) can be requested but are subject to availability.
  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative arrangement of equal value will be offered.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, pandemics).
  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel. We must be informed of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking.
  • We act as an agent for suppliers such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators. While we ensure that all services are provided to a high standard, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury caused by any service provider.
  • Travelers are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings. The company is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury occurring during the trip.
  • Travelers are required to comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country. The company will not be held responsible for any legal issues arising during the trip.
  • By making a booking, the client agrees to these terms and conditions and confirms they have read and understood them.
